Applications of BBa_K4594004

Our literature research revealed that the optimal temperature for the LuxAB-encoded luciferase reaction is 18°C, with rapid inactivation above 25°C [1]. We optimized the experimental conditions, used 0.5 mM IPTG for induction, and observed the results after 10 h. The results were photographed and recorded with a cell phone camera, and the luminescence intensity and OD value were detected using a multifunctional microplate reader.
